Job Summary

The Restaurant Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising colleagues, managing daily tasks, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in restaurants or retail, preferably with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work under pressure, be dependable, and have a strong ability to multitask.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Supervisor, your duties will include:

• Supervising colleagues to ensure they perform their job responsibilities effectively

• Managing daily tasks, including cash handling, inventory control, and customer service

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

• Providing direction and feedback to colleagues to ensure they meet performance expectations

• Monitoring shift activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Completing daily paperwork accurately and on time

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in restaurants or retail

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively

• Dependability and strong work ethic

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license from the state of residence

• Reliable vehicle and auto insurance

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
