We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Pelvic Floor Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to patients of all genders, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Examine and evaluate patient physical therapy needs, developing treatment plans to maximize function and promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Consult with other healthcare team members to ensure coordination and effectiveness of therapies provided.
- Manage patient caseload, prioritizing and triaging admissions, referrals, and discharges as assigned.
- Participate in departmental meetings to formulate policies, procedures, and program development.
- Supervise aides and other support personnel as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage diverse patient population.
- Sound knowledge in physical therapy, with ability to effectively manage varied caseload.
