We are seeking an experienced LPN or RN to join our skilled nursing facility, providing exceptional care and compassion to those in need.

We offer a competitive salary of $63,000 - $83,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and shift differential opportunities.

About the Role

This position involves monitoring the care of residents, addressing family and visitor concerns, and ensuring the overall welfare and safety of all individuals within our facility. You will be responsible for observing resident care, following facility policies and procedures, and communicating effectively with colleagues and administrators.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a current LPN or RN license from the State of Minnesota.
  • A true passion for gerontological nursing is essential.
  • Compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills are required for success in this role.
  • Prior experience with EMR systems is a plus.
