We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team at UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies Main Hosp. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide top-notch patient care in a technically complex environment, utilizing the nursing process to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provides direct patient care in the ICU or PCU, prioritizing wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
- Models proficiency through precepting new staff members and contributing to a multidisciplinary team approach.
- Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care, adhering to AACN's Synergy Model and specialty certification standards.
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
- 1-year experience in ICU or PCU.
- ACLS certification.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
