POSITION SUMMARY:
Franciscan Physician Network is in search of an Advanced Practice Provider specializing in Urology to enhance our healthcare services. This role involves delivering comprehensive care within an ambulatory clinic setting, participating in hospital rounds, and assisting in surgical procedures. We are looking for a dedicated professional eager to establish a long-term relationship with our team and contribute to patient care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high-quality patient care in both clinic and surgical environments.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Engage with patients to build strong relationships and foster community ties.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will possess prior experience in both outpatient and surgical settings, demonstrating a capacity to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented atmosphere. A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a desire to integrate into the community are essential.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Standard clinic hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Flexible full-time schedule available.
- Responsibilities include hospital rounds, surgical assistance, and clinic duties.
- Potential for shared weeknight on-call duties following training.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree required.
