We are seeking a Nursing Unit Professional to join our team at My3Tech. This is a long-term position based in West Lafayette, IN, requiring a high level of skill and experience in caring for patients in a nursing care unit.
About the Job:
As a Nursing Unit Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in nursing and relevant experience in a similar role. You will need to be proficient in computer skills and able to learn new software applications quickly. Hands-on experience with American Heart Association CPR and BLS Certification is also required. Dementia 6 hour certification and LTC experience are also necessary, as well as experience with electronic medical records and Matrix Care systems. EMR experience is preferred, as well as experience with Memory Care and short-term rehab.
Salary Information:
Our salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
