As a UI/UX Front-End Developer at Focused HR Solutions, you will be responsible for designing and building interfaces for our internal clients using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Balsamiq Mockups, and text editors. You will also create/edit data-driven page templates in a content management system, as well as pages containing static HTML content.

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience creating public-facing marketing websites, graphic editing, responsive design for all platforms, and page performance. You should be familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud, Visual Studio Code, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, and using these tools together to manipulate the DOM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintains User Experience (UX) standards across multiple pages/sites for layout and interactivity.
  • Designs and builds interfaces for our internal clients using various tools.
  • Creats/editing of data-driven page templates in a content management system.
  • Experience with Git, and/or Team Foundation Server.
  • Adds interactivity and animation to pages using JavaScript and CSS.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience designing/prototyping with modern tools like Adobe XD or Sketch.
  • Experience with JavaScript and CSS in HTML5 web pages.
  • Ability to create, configure, and update pages using modern text editors.
  • Ability to read and generate wireframes, storyboards, and interactive mockups.
  • Ability to effectively organize and present large amounts of content to end-users.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards for UI/UX Front-End Developers in Raleigh, NC.
