Position Summary:
Under the guidance of the designated Nurse Supervisor, the Certified Nursing Assistant will carry out resident/patient care tasks and related services essential for ensuring the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients.

Additionally, the CNA will contribute to fostering a positive physical, social, and psychological environment while adhering to all center policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program and competency evaluation.
  • Ability to interact positively and effectively with residents/patients, families, volunteers, and other staff members.
  • Genuine interest and positive attitude towards working with long-term care residents/patients and the elderly.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Compliance with all health requirements as mandated by law.
