Auto Glass Technician Trainee

Safelite is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Auto Glass Technician Trainee to join our team. As a Technician Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the installation and repair of auto glass, as well as provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Learn and master the skills required to install and repair auto glass, including recalibrating car safety systems
- Provide additional services and products to customers, such as wiper blade installation
- Safely operate a company vehicle and company-issued tools
- Participate in paid training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Competitive pay starting at $24/hour, with opportunities for advancement and increased pay
- Paid training and all necessary tools and resources

- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid state-issued driver's license
- Comfortable working outside in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
