Job Title: RPA Developer

At Diverse Lynx LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to join our team. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath core workflow principles
  • Configure requirements into robotics processes
  • Troubleshoot and debug UiPath automations for bug fixes
  • Implement and optimize RPA solutions for improved efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical, operational, and user requirements
  • Develop and implement client-approved solutions
  • Lead and review work across all phases (plan, analyze, design, build, and test)
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on development experience in Robotic Process Automation primarily on UiPath RPA
  • Overall experience of 6 years
  • Comprehensive understanding of robotics process automations and UiPath design principles
  • Ability to assimilate data and recommend solutions based on data report logs and aggregation logs
  • Ability to capture requirements and convert business logic/processes/requirements
  • Hands-on experience in UiPath implementation and object cloning methods on browsers such as Chrome, Edge, and Firefox
  • Experience of process modeling in UiPath studio and development of SAP processes
  • Very good understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, architecture, design patterns
  • Experience in client management
  • Awareness of latest market technologies and RPA solutions
  • Good exposure in designing processes and UiPath implementation
  • Ability to read error logs and make the required rectification
  • Ability to interpret, document, and visualize business processes and translate them into automation solutions and support
  • Agile methodology
