Position Summary

As a member of our nursing team, the LPN assists in providing day-to-day clinical and administrative services to medically complex children and adults.

Daily responsibilities include rooming and assessing patients, EHR documentation, phlebotomy, telephone triage, care coordination, and scheduling patients.

This position also participates in research projects and lab initiatives.

Requirements
  • Active PA LPN
  • Obtains/maintains active PALS and BLS certifications
  • Proficiency with EPIC preferred
