Recreation Coordinator

Rydal Park, a distinguished Life Plan Community, is seeking a full-time Recreation Coordinator to enhance our dedicated team.

The primary role of the Recreation Coordinator is to facilitate organized activity programs and support resident involvement that nurtures various wellness aspects, including sensory, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual enrichment. Responsibilities may be modified at the discretion of management. This position requires an understanding of residents' preferences and needs to foster enjoyable dining experiences and recreational opportunities that promote intellectual, physical, social, and spiritual well-being.
