**Job Summary**
Molina Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Sales and Broker Management Professional to lead our broker channel efforts in a specific geographical region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-performing broker network that aligns with Molina's mission and values.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement territory marketing plans to increase sales and revenue.
- Recruit and manage a network of local agencies and agents to meet enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver production results and drive business growth.
- Provide training and support to brokers on Molina products and tools.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare management or a related field.
- Experience working in Marketplace Sales and/or Broker Management environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of CMS regulations in a managed care environment.
- Life & Health (Disability) Agent license.
