**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement territory marketing plans to increase sales and revenue.
  • Recruit and manage a network of local agencies and agents to meet enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver production results and drive business growth.
  • Provide training and support to brokers on Molina products and tools.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare management or a related field.
  • Experience working in Marketplace Sales and/or Broker Management environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of CMS regulations in a managed care environment.
  • Life & Health (Disability) Agent license.
