Mavis offers eligible Automotive Tire Technicians GUARANTEED WEEKLY BONUS PAYMENTS during the introductory phase of employment, totaling up to $800.

WHAT DOES THIS CAREER OPPORTUNITY ENTAIL?

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you play a crucial role in our operations. Enjoy the benefits of a competitive base salary PLUS additional earning potential through substantial weekly bonuses. The starting base pay for this position is negotiable.

  • NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills through PAID TRAINING. This includes an introduction to our performance-based incentive programs and coaching on our industry-leading processes.
  • Automotive Tire Technicians are responsible for installing new tires and wheels, as well as performing essential tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to ensure the safety of our customers' vehicles.
  • While delivering top-notch automotive service, you will earn weekly bonuses based on every single service performed in addition to your guaranteed hourly wage.
