Spa Concierge

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spa Concierge at The Woodhouse Day Spa - El Paso. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every visit to our spa is memorable and enjoyable.

• Guest Experience: Provide personal attention to guests from the moment they arrive, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Education and Guidance: Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, including our amenities and services, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Communication: Answer phone calls and book appointments with a smile, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the Woodhouse brand, ensuring that guests enter a clean, safe, and inviting environment that meets our high standards.
• Relationship Building: Build relationships with guests to understand their preferences and tailor their experience to meet their needs.
• Sales and Service: Upsell services and products to guests, ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.

• 2-3 years of sales experience
• Experience working with sales quotas
• Experience in recommending products
• Ability to build relationships with clients to build rapport
• Ability to up-sell services
