Cart Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cart & Janitorial Associate at Walmart. As a key member of our Front-End Service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from the moment they enter our store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers have a great first and last impression by maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Gather carts from the parking lot and transport them to the store entrance.
• Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, ensuring efficient and safe cart management.
• Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Develop a positive attitude and work effectively in all weather conditions.
• Collaborate with the Front-End Service team to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move carts and equipment as needed.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
