- Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations based on MD's orders
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Graduate of an accredited university with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
