Assembly Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in Foothill Ranch, California. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting sunglasses from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screwing, gluing, and fastening individual pieces of sunglasses together
  • Preparing for lens installation and then Quality Auditing
  • Installing lenses into frames and gluing icons onto frames
  • Using small tools to insert small screws or pins to hold frames together
  • Working with pad printers to mix paint and fix malfunctions
  • Sanding and buffing the gate/burr off the center frame
  • Sending to Quality Auditor for final inspection before packaging
Requirements:
  • Assembly experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Comfortable standing and walking all day
  • Ability to work with small hand tools and/or power tools
