Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
- Oversee a group of patients with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).

- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
