Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker to join our team at TrustBank. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting TrustBank's products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized banking services to customers, including opening new accounts, cross-selling banking and wealth management services, and addressing complex transactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information about TrustBank's products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and accurate operation of the bank.
- Perform various banking duties, including teller functions, administrative tasks, and customer support.
- High school education and ability to master on-the-job training requirements.
- Associates degree or higher in business or finance preferred.
- Minimum of two years in retail banking experience required.
- Banking certifications ideal but not necessary.
- Experience in customer sales, relationship management, and cross-selling skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, collaborative work style, and ability to develop product and compliance knowledge.
- Ability to articulate financial concepts to customers and answer questions.
- General working knowledge of mortgage and lending products and services, as well as wealth management services offered by the bank.
The position is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Banking hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM. Schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the bank. The noise level in the environment is usually moderate. The duties of the job may require the employee to stand, walk, use hands, and feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands, arms, and talk or hear. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
