Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our clients' Microsoft-based networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain PC hardware and software, including deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical support for network usage, computer peripherals, and data transfer and recovery.
  • Resolve network communication problems independently and efficiently.
  • Assist other technicians as needed and work with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PC support, including deployment and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Minimum 1-year experience with direct client interaction and proven customer service.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Mac experience.
