Job Description
The Night Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and security of our hotel's financial transactions. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile daily transactions, including cash, credit card sales, and room revenue
  • Balance hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct regular security checks to prevent theft and maintain a secure environment
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work closely with the front desk team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes

Requirements
To be successful as a Night Auditor, you will need:
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of accounting principles
