**Job Overview**

Kai Ming Head Start is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Home Visitor, you will work closely with families to provide high-quality comprehensive early childhood education and family services.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Location: San Francisco, CA

About the Job

  • Maintain a caseload of 10-12 families and visit each family home for at least 90 minutes weekly.
  • Plan home visits and socialization activities according to the adopted curriculum and Head Start Performance Standards.
  • Facilitate bi-monthly socialization experiences and other family group activities in partnership with home visitors and families.

Requirements

  • A.A. degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Social Sciences, Social Work, or related field required.
  • 2 years of experience providing services to children and families.
  • Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards and bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
