Youth Psychiatrist Job Description

We are seeking a Youth Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric services to children and adolescents in our Center programs.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Publish consultation to staff about medication, treatment issues, & termination of clients' treatments
  • Determine Five (5) Axis Diagnosis based on DSM IV criteria, including GAF score
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate ability to articulate reports and evaluations regarding clinical and non-clinical issues
  • Proficiency in client care protocol for children/adolescents
