Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducts thorough patient evaluations in a systematic and organized manner to ensure high-quality and safe outcomes.
- Guides and collaborates with team members to promote a healthy workplace atmosphere.
- Interprets gathered data to develop a care plan that enhances quality and safety in patient outcomes.
- Executes a care plan with measurable criteria aligned with top-tier performance standards.
- Reviews the care plan with patients and their support systems to uphold exceptional levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Contributes to a high-performance work culture by seeking educational resources that enhance and maintain current knowledge and skills.
- Participates in nursing councils or committees, committing to at least one council every five years, with an expectation of 80% attendance, either in person or via phone. Progress in the Clinical Ladder will be reflected in the annual application process and is anticipated as part of job performance standards.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required within three years of employment (except for those previously granted grandfather status).
- Licensure: Must possess a Registered Nurse license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing. Some roles may require a valid driver's license.
- Experience: Must be a graduate of an RN program.
