Position Overview

The Healthcare Operations Supervisor is responsible for the effective management of the medical practice's daily functions, ensuring a seamless patient experience and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight:
    • Manage the daily activities of the medical facility, focusing on patient appointments, administrative tasks, and overall workflow optimization.
    • Establish and enforce policies and procedures aimed at improving operational effectiveness and enhancing patient services.
    • Lead and develop both administrative and clinical teams, encompassing recruitment, training, performance assessments, and conflict management.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to boost practice efficiency and elevate patient satisfaction levels.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Develop and oversee budgets, track expenditures, and ensure the practice achieves its financial objectives.
    • Review financial statements, identify patterns, and initiate cost-reduction strategies.
    • Manage billing, collections, and revenue cycle processes to enhance the financial health of the practice.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related discipline, or a relevant Medical Practice Certification from an accredited organization.
