Job Overview

NRGUSA is seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of a construction site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of masons and scaffolders, ensuring that work is completed on time and on budget, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects, staff, and equipment requirements to ensure completion of job(s) within project deadlines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to delegate/complete work activities.
  • Manage safety, quality, and productivity at work sites.
  • Assist in the preparation of job sites prior to the beginning of a project.
  • Operate various tools and equipment, including heavy equipment, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.
  • Assist in the construction of walkways, stone walls, CMU, Brick, etc.
  • Work with stone, brick, pavers, veneer, concrete, and more to complete hardscape and masonry projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of a masonry construction crew.
  • Delegate job tasks to crew members to assist in the completion of masonry construction jobs.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning on a daily basis.
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork on a daily basis, including timesheets, submitting any material receipts, next day job requirements, and tasks.
  • Ensure that all safety and PPE regulations are followed as well as company policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • SST Card
  • OSHA Certified
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a foreman in commercial construction
  • 4 Hr or 32 Hr Pipe Scaffolding Card is a Plus
  • 16 Hr or 32 Hr Suspended Scaffolding Card
Compensation

Pay rate: $35-$40/hr
