Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
  • Assist with opening and closing the store, including counting cash, preparing deposits, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Support new employees in their onboarding process, providing guidance and training on store procedures and product knowledge.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating scanners and cash registers.
  • Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss, ensuring adherence to security procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking merchandise and conducting inventory counts.
  • Train new employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant environments.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
  • Team-oriented mentality and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
