Position Overview

Compensation: $3,000 for Assistant Varsity Coach / $6,000 for Varsity Coach Stipend

MPTCHS is seeking skilled Soccer Instructors to guide our athletic team. Candidates should possess a robust background in high-level soccer play along with relevant coaching experience. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities are crucial to inspire our athletes and assist them in refining their skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct training sessions aimed at enhancing player performance
  • Formulate strategies regarding player roles
  • Design an effective on-field game plan
  • Make tactical decisions and substitutions during matches
  • Support players in maintaining fitness during the off-season
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must hold a Substitute License or be eligible to acquire one
  • Experience as both a soccer player and an assistant coach
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of fitness and exercise science
