Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our client sites, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential security risks and implement corrective measures.
• Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and respond to security incidents.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of security incidents, including reports and investigations.
• Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in security operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to client sites. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time. A valid driver's license and ability to travel are required.
