Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality dental care to patients, prioritizing quality over patient volumes.
- Work independently, aligning with the organization's mission and values.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, with plans to expand to 4 days per week.
- Perform basic oral surgery, extractions, and fillings, with comfort referring out 3rd molars.
- Manage patient demographics, including some pediatrics, with comfort in periodontics a plus.
- Dental License (Required)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- Full benefits package, including paid malpractice insurance.
- Percentage of medical insurance covered, 100% of employee dental insurance, and vision insurance available.
- Short-term disability, life insurance, paid CA license, DEA fees, and 401K plan with a 4% match.
- Possible student loan reimbursement.
Half Moon Bay Clinic sees about 80% Medi-Cal and about 20% fee for service.
Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day/40 hours per week. Open to candidates preferring a 4-day workweek.
Expected 9 encounters per day, with additional hygiene work as needed.
