POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is essential for individuals willing to work onsite in the Manassas, VA area. The responsibilities include:

  • Gathering, processing, and analyzing data while maintaining progress reports, schedules, and related documentation.
  • Coordinating modifications to the As Built List (ABL) records for effective management control.
  • Establishing change orders and preparing them for necessary authorization.
  • Reviewing and analyzing engineering change data, collaborating with engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, and data control teams.
  • Developing solutions for a range of moderate complexity problems, utilizing established policies for guidance.
  • Employing analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to derive valid conclusions from data.
  • Ensuring compliance with governing documents and security policies, assisting in periodic regulatory assessments.
  • Validating security requirements and establishing necessary documentation for information systems.
  • Fostering a positive team culture through effective relationship building and accountability for assigned tasks.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in articulating problems both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings or schematics.
  • Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • A high school diploma or GED is necessary.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug test is essential.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience combined with three years of professional experience; or one year of professional experience with a related Master's degree. Candidates should be considered experienced yet still eager to learn.
