The Manager of Medical Governance and Information will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Medical Governance framework within the organization. This position entails collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence in Medical Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Governance Oversight: Facilitate the governance of Medical Affairs activities, including self-assessments, corrective action plans, and process documentation.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms that reflect compliance metrics and trends, ensuring proactive identification of potential issues.
- Healthcare Professional (HCP) Engagement: Manage documentation and governance submissions related to HCP interactions, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strategic partnerships with teams across Medical Affairs, Legal, and Compliance to enhance the quality of governance practices.
- Cultural Development: Promote a culture of accountability and compliance within the Medical Affairs team, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and reflective of best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, with a focus on data analytics and presentation skills.
- Understanding of PhRMA code regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships across various organizational levels.
