Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bryten Real Estate Partners. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, providing a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and installations of various systems and equipment.
  • Assist with turnkey operations, preparing vacant units for rent, and performing various repairs.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
  • Comply with all safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized vocational training or certification in a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in building and facility maintenance, with a strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.
  • Background and credit check, pre-employment drug screening, and employment verification required.
