Job Description

The Restaurant Manager role is a critical position that requires strong leadership and management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of hourly employees to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales and profitability, and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Profitability: Drive sales and profitability through effective management of restaurant operations, including managing food and labor costs.
  • Team Development: Attract, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that every guest interaction is positive and memorable.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in quick-service, casual or family dining restaurants.
  • Education: A degree in Hospitality, Business, or Hotel/Restaurant Management is preferred.
  • Certifications: Serve Safe Food Certification is a plus.
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
