Position Overview:

As a vital member of our Personal Services team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of personal care tasks aimed at promoting health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents in maintaining personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor vital signs and provide bowel and bladder management support.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy living environment for all residents.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, and assist with grocery shopping as directed.
  • Support residents with mobility and exercise routines.
  • Help manage medications as instructed by nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with therapy personnel to assist in rehabilitation efforts.
  • Execute care plans as outlined by nursing professionals and communicate any challenges encountered.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required.
  • Must possess certifications and licensure as mandated by state regulations.
  • Completion of a basic aide training program with certification is necessary.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
