About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to join our team at Automaxx of the Carolinas. As an Automotive Title Clerk, you will be responsible for processing in-state title work through DDI, preparing necessary title work for walk-in processing at the SCDMV, maintaining a log of outstanding tag/title work, posting daily invoices for work processed through DDI, and contacting auctions/banks for overdue titles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all in-state title work through DDI efficiently and accurately
• Prepare any title work that requires walking into the SCDMV for processing
• Maintain a log to track outstanding tag/title work and ensure timely completion
• Post daily invoices for all work processed through DDI
• Contact auctions/banks to follow up on any overdue titles
• Assist with additional clerical duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous title experience is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with relevant software and databases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $17 - $19 per hour, based on experience.
