About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to perform a variety of diagnostic procedures using radioactive materials. Your contributions will be essential in providing accurate and timely medical imaging for patients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures according to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately.
  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, ensuring proper calibration and function.
  • Obtain high-quality images and ensure their integrity for diagnostic interpretation.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Previous travel experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in venipuncture techniques.
  • Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License.
  • ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certification.
  • Experience with GE nuclear medicine equipment.
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS systems.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
