Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults suffering from various mental health issues.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote mental health and wellness.
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
- Experience in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).
