We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Expert to join our team at ONE Elite Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for providing production support and addressing tickets and requests independently.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Absence and Time Tracking, with experience in reverse-engineering configuration to resolve production issues and errors. Strong analytical skills are required to develop corrections and remedies for incorrect accruals and time entries.
Additionally, the candidate should have experience preparing and running EIBs, as well as working knowledge of Workdays. They should also be able to document processes and procedures for processing activities and coach and mentor internal staff.
Requirements:
The position requires a Master's degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of experience in Human Resources. A strong understanding of labor and employment laws is essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Salary:$75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
