The Fabrication Welder/Maintenance position at our Ft. Belle location in Florissant, MO, offers an excellent opportunity to join our team.

We are seeking candidates with experience in fabrication welding and basic maintenance of heavy equipment, including loaders, dozers, haul trucks, road graders, and excavators.

This full-time position involves working Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak seasons.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, welding expertise, and experience maintaining and operating heavy equipment.

Fabrication and Maintenance responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Fabrication and welding services
  • Maintaining equipment and production areas safely and efficiently
  • Performing preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections
  • Communicating with plant management on safety, maintenance, and production needs
