Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for applying, removing, and repairing insulation on industrial equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to work accurately are crucial in ensuring that the equipment functions properly and safely. You will also be required to move materials and equipment to work locations and set up the work site as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type and amount of insulation material required for each project.
  • Apply, remove, and repair insulation on industrial equipment to control noise levels and maintain temperatures.
  • Cover, seal, or finish insulated surfaces with various materials such as plastic covers, canvas strips, sealants, tape, cement, or asphalt mastic.
  • Fabricate and install custom insulation solutions as needed.
