Job Summary

We are seeking licensed therapists to join our team at LifeStance Health. As a licensed therapist, you will work closely with our patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing support and guidance. Our ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional with experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and/or couples therapy to patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Conduct regular sessions with patients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Licensed in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW)
  • Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
  • Individual and/or couples therapy experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
