Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Benbrook, Texas. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by the physician.
  • Conduct initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations, develop plans of care, and ensure patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
