Flexographic Printing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Printing Operator to join our team at Multi-Color Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating high-speed flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality labels for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality labels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in production.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company core strategies and ensure seamless production processes.
• Meet safety, production, sustainability, and quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in flexographic printing and related technologies.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience as a printing press operator preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret internal and external communications to perform job duties.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, as needed.
