Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. As a key member of our Breast Health Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality mammography services.

• Perform mammography and DEXA imaging procedures with precision and accuracy.
• Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters to ensure optimal image quality.
• Implement radiation protection and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assess and educate patients on mammography procedures and protocols.
• Maintain a quality assurance program to ensure compliance with FDA and MQSA regulations.
• Enter patient information data into mammography quality software.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program.
• CPR - Basic Life Support certification.
• Licensed by the Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety (IDNS).
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.

• One year of experience as a Mammography Technologist.
