Job Title: Seasonal Stylist Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering the ultimate kate spade experience.
  • Develop strong product knowledge across all categories and effectively communicate the kate spade new york brand aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers.
  • Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and initiate business-driving events in store.
  • Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador of the company and communicate client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate client service and sales.
  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the facility.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 50 pounds, and climb ladders.
