Cocktail Host

At Flying Dutchman Spirits, we're seeking a skilled Cocktail Host to provide exceptional service and enhance our guests' experiences.

As a Cocktail Host, you'll be the face of our establishment, responsible for delivering top-notch service, taking drink and food orders, making recommendations, processing payments, and ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.

• You'll interact with guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, process payments, and supply them with whatever they need in a timely manner.
• You'll handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently, clearing off and cleaning tables as needed.
• You'll assist with opening and closing duties, preparing ingredients, and restocking items.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience may be preferred, especially if serving beverages in a fine dining establishment.
• You'll need to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• A friendly, attentive attitude is a must.
• You should have knowledge of cocktails and liquor.
• The minimum age to serve alcohol is 18.
• A passion for providing high-quality service is essential.
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws is required.
• Willingness to work peak hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Compensation:

• $15/hour + tips.
