Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Team Leader:

  • Overseeing Front Desk personnel to ensure smooth operations during your shift
  • Creating and sharing daily sales strategies to maximize hotel occupancy
  • Providing training and support to staff for outstanding guest experiences
  • Communicating effectively to give clear guidance to team members
  • Resolving guest and team member concerns creatively
  • Managing front desk operations and addressing emergencies as they arise
  • Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with guest relocations when necessary
  • Forecasting daily arrivals and departures
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Essential Skills:

  • Basic mathematical skills for hotel operations
  • Proficient in English for effective communication
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Ability to thrive under pressure

Education & Experience Requirements:

A minimum of two years in hospitality or customer service is preferred, along with an Associate's degree.

Physical Demands:

Finger dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, visual acuity, and occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
