Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Team Leader:
- Overseeing Front Desk personnel to ensure smooth operations during your shift
- Creating and sharing daily sales strategies to maximize hotel occupancy
- Providing training and support to staff for outstanding guest experiences
- Communicating effectively to give clear guidance to team members
- Resolving guest and team member concerns creatively
- Managing front desk operations and addressing emergencies as they arise
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assisting with guest relocations when necessary
- Forecasting daily arrivals and departures
- Performing other duties as assigned
Essential Skills:
- Basic mathematical skills for hotel operations
- Proficient in English for effective communication
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems
- Strong interpersonal skills to enhance guest satisfaction
- Ability to thrive under pressure
Education & Experience Requirements:
A minimum of two years in hospitality or customer service is preferred, along with an Associate's degree.
Physical Demands:
Finger dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, visual acuity, and occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
