We are seeking a seasoned E-Commerce Operations Supervisor to lead our warehousing team at EverStaff Manufacturing Skilled. Located in Twinsburg, Ohio, this role offers a competitive salary of $72,500 - $92,500 annually, with full benefits.

Job Overview

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, order fulfillment, and efficient shipment processes. We're looking for someone who can motivate and develop their team members, foster a positive work environment, and drive operational success.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce setting, with strong leadership skills and excellent organizational abilities. They should be proficient in inventory management software and able to lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations of the e-commerce warehouse, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to improve productivity, accuracy, and teamwork.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, handling between 250-1,000 orders per day.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing safety standards and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business needs and enhance the customer experience.
